Residents have key card access to all amenities and entrances, including the parking garage and outdoor lounge spaces. Only residents have direct access to the building and our common areas. All guests must be checked in by a current resident in order to enter the property. Cameras are located throughout the property for added security, and our on-site team is available for immediate assistance, including lock-outs and disturbances.
Inside every luxury student apartment, your student will find a well-appointed space meant to support their academic schedule. The units come fully furnished in both the living and bedroom spaces, including a couch, coffee table, TV, bed & memory foam mattress, personal storage, and study space with individual desks and chairs. The kitchen features granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and an island with communal seating. The bathrooms feature gorgeous designer tile and modern features, creating a truly distinct living space.
For students who prefer to work and study outside of their apartment, Identity Boise offers group and private study rooms, along with on-site printing stations and lounge areas. Our goal is to make Identity Boise a haven for our residents.

If your student prefers to ride a bike to campus, we have a spacious and secure bike storage area on the ground floor of the building. Residents who have a car can take advantage of our indoor secure parking garage. The Identity garage provides safe and secure parking for our residents but spaces are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. If your student is interested in parking their vehicle at Identity Boise, call us right away before all the spots are booked.

Our maintenance team is trained on all aspects of the building, including in-unit and communal offerings. Maintenace orders can be submitted online via the property’s Resident Poral or reported to our office for immediate attention.
To ensure safety at Identity Boise, we provide an on-call team of Community Assistants. These staff members are trained to act as first-responders in case of an emergency and will notify all appropriate parties of any resident issues. To get started, future Identity residents are asked to complete the online application and review their lease agreement. Because we are committed to a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, we require that each potential resident complete a background check. There is also a credit check as part of the application, as well as a Guaranty Form.
Our leasing process is conducted on an individual basis, meaning BSU students who live at Identity Boise are only responsible for their own monthly rent payment. Residents will never have to collect rent money from their roommates and are not liable for their roommates’ rental payments or fees.
Identity Boise offers a roommate matching program for residents looking to fill additional rooms in their apartment. All residents interested in roommate matching are asked to complete a resident questionnaire to determine social and academic habits to aid in the matching program. The Identity team will also hold future resident events throughout the year for new and income residents to meet one another before agreeing to live with one another.
